At Janskes, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. That’s why we have a flexible return and exchange policy. On this page, you will find all information about returning, exchanging, and your right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

For a proper withdrawal, you will receive the full order amount, including any shipping costs, within 14 days.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and – if possible – in the original packaging.

• If the product or packaging shows more damage than necessary to inspect the product, a reduction in value may be charged.

• If the return causes the total amount of your original order to fall below the free shipping threshold, we may deduct the originally charged shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges within the Netherlands:

• Netherlands: Exchange via the Janskes return label costs €3.95

• Belgium & Germany: You pay a contribution of €6.95

• France: You pay a contribution of €15.00

The shipping costs for resending exchanged items are fully covered by us.

How does exchanging work?

• Submit your exchange request within 14 days.

• The item must be unused, with original labels, and in undamaged packaging.

• Always use our return label for the reduced rate of €3.95.

• Keep your shipping receipt – Janskes is not responsible for lost shipments.

The reduced rate only applies when exchanging the item.

Returns

You can choose to return the item yourself or request a return label from us.

Return options within the Netherlands:

• Return yourself: Costs are at your own expense. Check rates with your carrier.

• Return label via Janskes:

  • Parcel post: €6.95

  • Mailbox package: €4.25

Return options outside the Netherlands:

In many cases, returning via your own carrier from your country is more cost-effective than using our return label. If you still prefer to receive a return label from us, please contact us in advance for the associated costs. Once you agree, we will create the return label.
Always include the return form and your order number in the shipment for fast processing.

Return conditions:

• Register within 14 days.

• Unused, in original condition, with labels and in original packaging.

• Damaged packaging may result in a deduction of €1.50.

Processing:

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the account on file within 7 business days.
