At Liebo/Janskes, we strive for a smooth and customer-friendly experience when shipping and returning our products. Below, you'll find all the information about our shipping and return options, including costs and terms and conditions.

Shipping in the Netherlands

• We ship every day of the week, from Mondays till Friday
• Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50.00.
• For orders under €50.00, the shipping rate is €3.95.
• Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany: €5.95. Free shipping for orders over €100.00.
• Shipping partner: Liebo partners with PostNL, which delivers Tuesday through Saturday. If you are not home, the package can be left with your neighbors or picked up at a pickup location via the "Pakje Gemak" service.
• Track and trace: You can track your order using a track and trace code. If you order before 2:00 PM, you will usually receive your package the next day.

If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Liebo/Janskes is not liable for delays or errors made by the carrier. Any missing items must be reported within 14 days.
