At Janskes we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. That is why we have a flexible return and exchange policy. On this page you will find all information about returns, exchanges and the right of withdrawal.

📦 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

In the event of a correct withdrawal, you will receive the full order amount, including any shipping costs, within 14 days.

Conditions:

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged and - if possible - in the original packaging.
• If the product or packaging has more damage than necessary to assess the product, a reduction in value may be charged.
• If the total amount of your original order falls below the free shipping amount due to return shipping, we may still retain the originally awarded shipping costs.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges within the Netherlands!

• Nederland: Exchanging via the Janskes return label costs € 3,95

• Belgium & Germany: You pay a personal contribution of € 6.95.
• The shipping costs for resending the exchanged items are entirely at our expense.

How does exchanging work?

1. Register your exchange request within 14 days.
2. The item must be unused, with original labels and in undamaged packaging. 
3. Always use our return label for free exchange.
4. Keep your proof of shipment - Janskes is not liable for lost shipments.
5. The reduced rate only applies when exchanging the item.

🔁 Returns

You can choose to return yourself or request a return label from us.

Return options within the Netherlands:

Send back yourself: Costs are for your own account. Consult the rates with your carrier.

Return label via Janskes:

• Parcel post: €6.95
• Letterbox package: €4.25

Return options outside the Netherlands:

• In many cases, returning via your own carrier from your country is cheaper than using our return label. Would you rather receive a return label via us? Please contact us in advance for the associated costs. As soon as you agree, we will create the return label for you.

Always include the return form and your order number with the shipment for fast processing.

Return conditions:

• Register within 14 days.
• Unused, original condition, with labels and in the original packaging.
• Damaged packaging (such as a branded shoe box without outer packaging) can lead to a deduction of € 1.50.

Processing:

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the account number known to us within 7 working days.
