Shipping within the Netherlands

We aim to ship orders placed and paid for before 2 p.m. the same day.

Postage costs

In the Netherlands you pay no shipping costs at Janskes above an order amount from € 39.00 below that you pay
€ 4.00.
Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are € 8.95 (free shipping from € 100.00)

Shipping partner

  • Janskes opts for shipping via PostNL
  • PostNL delivers from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • If you are not at home, PostNL will also deliver the package to the neighbours, if they are at home. You will then receive your order easily and quickly.
  • You can always follow your order via a track and trace code and you have an indication when and around what time your order will be delivered.
  • Via the parcel convenience service, the order is also delivered to a different location, so that you can easily pick up your parcel when it suits you. When ordering, enter the desired pick-up location in the "comments" box.
  • If you have ordered before 2 p.m., your order will be delivered the next day
  • Janskes strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, it may happen that the shipment is delayed for some reason. If we are aware of this, we will inform you about it as soon as possible.
  • Janskes is not liable for delays / incorrect shipments or loss of the package.

Return and exchange

Returns / Right of withdrawal / right of dissolution

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the order, we are very sorry and will handle this properly for you. The item can then be returned to us and you will receive the purchase amount back as soon as possible, but within 14 days after receipt of the items. We use free shipping within the Netherlands from € 39.00, but therefore the return costs are always for your own account. (legally per 13-6-2014).

We can create a return label for you. You will then receive an email with a link to the return label. You can pay this online via Ideal to My Parcel, (you do not pay directly to PostNL) and then hand it in at a PostNL point.

We can sometimes make a return label for returns from abroad. you can ask us what the costs are by e-mail. Sometimes it is cheaper to buy a shipping label yourself from your home country than for us to do.

If you want to exchange the item, we can create a return label at your request.

The costs for sending the exchanged item will be borne by Janskes.

If you return your package via a channel other than PostNL, we will not reimburse these shipping costs when exchanging. These exchange conditions will take effect on 1 January 2023 and will initially only apply to the Netherlands. Janskes has the right to unilaterally adjust these terms and conditions at all times.

Of course we will pay for the return costs if we have made a mistake or if there is a guarantee.

Return and exchange conditions​

  • You can register your return by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the item. The reporting date within these first 14 days is leading. After these 14 days, Janskes has the right to refuse the return.
  • After the reporting date, you have another 14 days to return the items.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition. You handle the product with care.
  • If you want to exchange, return the items and order the items you want to order this time through the normal ordering procedure. We advise you to order again quickly, especially if the stock is no longer so large.
  • Return costs are always for the account of the consumer, we take care of the re-sending when exchanging an item 1x.
  • If you make use of your return right, we will refund the purchase amount including shipping costs to your bank account within 1 week of receipt.
  • Worn and washed clothing cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • If traces of use are found during the viewing period, Janskes has the right not to take the item back and it will be sent back to you immediately.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • Always enclose the return form, so that we can quickly proceed to the settlement and always state the order number.
  • Returns may not be sent cash on delivery.
  • In order to conduct a good purchasing policy, it is important for us to know why you are returning items, so we would appreciate it if you state the reason for your return.
