- At Janskes, service is of paramount importance, not only during sales, but also if something is not entirely to your liking. Thanks to our personal attention to you and our years of knowledge and experience, you can safely shop with us.

If an item is no longer in stock, or the size or color is no longer available, can I still order it?
- It is possible that the fabric is no longer in stock or that we are a bit behind in production due to the crowds. You can always send an email to ask when and if this item will be back in stock.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
– Yes, you always receive a confirmation of your order. If this is not the case, it could be under "spam" mail, or the e-mail address provided is incorrect. When the order is shipped, you will also receive an e-mail containing the shipping confirmation and also an e-mail from Parcel with the track and trace code.

Pay

How can I pay for my order?
– You can pay via Ideal, in your own secure payment environment, via Paypal, via Klarna. This is the fastest way to receive your order. From Belgium you can pay via Mister Cash or via Paypal.

How do I use the discount code I received?
– First place your order in the shopping cart. When you go to the shopping cart, you can enter your discount code in this screen. Then click on “calculate discount” and the discount will be deducted.

How do I receive a discount code?
– Sometimes the newsletter contains a special promotion containing the discount code. You can then use this. Discount codes can only be used for the items for which they are intended. If you just enter a random discount code for an item for which it is not intended, it will not be calculated.

Can I also pick up my order and try it on?
– Premature clothing and hip dysplasia clothing can be fitted and/or collected by appointment. Please make an appointment by mail or by telephone because we do not have a regular store.

When can I receive my order?
– When you order before 2 p.m., you are almost certain that you will receive your order the next day. Of course we are dependent on PostNL.

What are the shipping costs?
– Orders within the Netherlands are delivered free of charge from an order amount of € 39.00. If the order amount is lower, the shipping costs depend on the size and weight. You will immediately see what the shipping costs are when you place your order.
– For shipments abroad, you immediately see the shipping costs when you choose the relevant country. This depends on which country the order has to be sent to.

Return

If I want to return my order, within how many days should I do so?
– Within 14 days of receiving your order, we would like to receive an email from the return announcement. If desired, you will receive a link from us with which you can return the order. You can then offer the return shipment to PostNL. Then you have another 14 days to return the order. So within 14 days after the date of the return notification, the return shipment must be received by us. If you keep part of the order, Janskes is not obliged to refund the shipping costs. If your amount falls below an order amount of € 39.00, Liebo may still charge the shipping costs and, if possible, these will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

When will I get my money back?
– After we have received and checked the return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back on your account within one week.
